What is the recruitment procedure?
For every role you require, we hire the staff for you after you’ve interviewed and made your selections. You interview them ‘live’, either in person or via video conferencing. You pay no recruitment fees. Ever.
Language skills? Education?
Your virtual staff speak superb English, and all are educated to Degree level. Your new back office team will, almost certainly, be better educated than their UK counterparts.
