Invoice Capture – PDF invoices can be emailed directly to the e-invoicing portal by your supplier, or you can forward them yourself. Paper invoices may be scanned and simply uploaded to the e-invoicing portal, ideally using you multifunctional printer and the iCompleat app from Advanced UK.
Invoice Data Extraction – The e-invoicing portal at iCompleat automatically processes the invoice, instantly extracting all of the essential header information as well as at the line level. From here the PDF is presented to your finance team for approval. Your invoices are preserved in the digital portal, so say goodbye to printing and filing.
