The Managed Print Services (MPS) world is changing fast as businesses shift to cloud-based printing and print management. The industry leader has been named by IDC as Xerox. Read about the transition here.
As Advanced UK have proven, IDC has recognised Xerox as a global leader in both cloud-based Managed Print Services (MPS) and providing print to a distributed workforce. These endorsements support new opportunities for Xerox channel partners as businesses rapidly evolve their print and workflow infrastructure.
The Rise of Cloud MPS
From today forward, 46% of businesses are looking to move to cloud-based printing and/or print management according to IDC. For small and mid-size businesses (SMBs), cloud-based MPS can provide better management and support, strengthen security, improve productivity and reduce the need for onsite service technicians.
“Already an established leader in the MPS space, Xerox has worked to add value to its existing programs and platforms while extending its reach beyond the enterprise into SMB through platform expansion and channel partner enablement” said IDC in its MarketScape: Worldwide Cloud MPS Hardcopy 2022 report.
