Phil Tucker is a focused, driven and highly successful business leader, with over 30 years’ experience within the industry. Phil started his business career in1988, working as a Sales Executive for Xerox. He worked for them for eight years in various sales roles and enjoyed a very successful career as one of Xerox’s most accomplished sales professionals.
Following the success at Xerox, Phil started his own business with Joe Gallagher, and for ten years, the company grew to a multimillion pound turnover, starting from scratch, which was sold to Bytes in 2006.
With a competitive streak mixed with entrepreneurial flair, success and sales have always been an important driving motivator for Phil in his career.
Phil’s growth strategy and vision for Advanced UK is one to admire and respect as well as his core motivation. Phil took over Advanced in 2010 growing the turnover organically from £8m to £14m today and his goal, by the end of the year 2020, is to continue the success and increase Advanced UK to 20 million turnover.
He desires to leave a legacy of the growth and success of Advanced UK, achieved by investing in his staff and passing on his knowledge and wisdom to the next generation of ambitious sales professionals that will take Advanced UK to the next phase of its growth.
In his personal life, Phil is a family man, lives in Surrey with wife and two daughters. He has a keen interest in sport, enjoys most cuisines and its not unusual for him to don the Chef’s apron.
