Our app knows the full details of your device, so there’s no more hunting around for serial numbers and model numbers. It also knows the firmware version you have installed, your toner levels, any fault codes and much more besides.

The App does require you have a Managed Print Service agreement with us, and that’s something we can arrange easily.
